For roster and camp planning purposes, only 50% Refunds will be given once we are within 30 DAYS of the start of the event. Once we are within 7 days of the start of camp, there will be no refunds.  

***If your child is injured prior to the start of camp, you can request a partial credit towards another future camp or clinic. You will be given a full credit less a non refundable processing fee. You must in writing request the credit and provide documentation of the injury from a doctor prior to camp. The request and medical documentation must be sent to cunningham@hws.edu within 7 days of the start of camp or we will not be able to issue any credits for injuries***



In the event of severe weather, we will make every effort to play every minute of camp, and give a complete camp experience. However, the safety of players, camp attendees, and staff are our number one priority. Statesmen Lacrosse reserves the right to reduce game and play time, end a session early before inclement weather, or cancel an event. 

No Refunds will be granted if these actions are necessary after th start of the camp. In the event a camp is cancelled prior to the start of the event due to weather, a partial or full credit may be issued at the discretion of Statesmen Lacrosse Camps. The amount of the issued credit will be determined on a camp by camp basis. 



Camp tuition must be paid In Full Within 14 Days of your registration or you will be automatially waitlisted for the camp. 




Do you offer Financial Aid or Scholarships for camps? 

No, due to NCAA Rules we are not allowed to offer financial aid to any camper. 


Where can I find a camp schedule? 

A tentative camp schedule will be posted to the individual camp page a week prior to the start of the event. 


Do I need to bring my own equipment? 

Yes, Statesmen Lacrosse will not provide any protective equipment to campers. For most camps, a helmet, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, mouthpiece and stick will be required for participation.
